1. Entry & Eligibility

Entry is permitted only during operating hours.
Children below 10 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Management reserves the right to deny entry in case of misconduct.

2. Game Time & Charges

Charges are calculated per hour or part thereof.
Game time starts once the session begins.
No refunds for unused or interrupted playtime.
Extra time usage will be charged additionally.

3. Bookings & Waiting

Bookings are subject to station availability.
Walk-ins are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Equipment Usage

Controllers, headsets, and consoles must be handled carefully.
No food or drinks near gaming equipment.
Damage due to negligence will be chargeable.

5. Safety & Conduct

Running, pushing, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.
Respect fellow gamers and staff at all times.
Management is not responsible for personal belongings.

6. Payments & Wallet

Wallet top-ups must be made via official payment modes.
Once a booking is confirmed, the amount is blocked.
Wallet balance is non-refundable and valid for 1 year.
No cancellation or refund after play has started.

7. Offers & Discounts

Offers are time-bound and non-transferable.
Offers cannot be combined unless stated.
Management may modify offers without prior notice.

8. CCTV & Monitoring

Premises are under CCTV surveillance.
Entry implies consent to monitoring.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Sessions may be stopped for rule violations.
Management reserves the right to deny future entry.
